Xfinity races
I have been a devoted AT&T customer for over 40 years in one form or another. We converted to U-verse because of the program selection. I am sorry you folks are having a problem negotiating with Fox ! for the races but that really isn't my peoblem. I signed up with certain expectations and you currently are not meeting them. I realixe there are price increases involved but you raise the prices every year any way so why don't you suck it up and return the race programming. I am REAL:LY looking at alternatives and won't hesitate to change ALL my services i9f you can't get it together. YOU ARE NOT GIVING ME WHAT I PAID FOR. AND I AM NOT HAPPY.

I totally agree! Why has ATT U-Verse decided not to air Xfinity Nascar races? Could it be because of the Xfinity name. How shallow of ATT. This is a sporting event! I have trouble believing ATT would stoop so low! I have been a customer for over 40 years as well. I was upset when ATT dropped The Hallmark Channel and now instead of Nascar racing I get Dart Championship! Really? I too am thinking about looking into alternative providers. I don't want to but feel to get what I want I am left with no alternative. Let's see if ATT even reads this.

Only affects Nascar Infinity series, new programming to FS1 or any Fox channel.
Sprint Cup is on FS1 Sunday as it will not be affected as it's not new to a Fox channel, Fox Network stations paid for Sprint Cup, so it'll be on FS1. The Camping World Tuck series will not be affected either, had been on Speed (Fox owned) for years b4 it became FS1.
Although marketed as a relaunch of Speed, Fox Sports 1 was contractually considered a new channel—due to its change in scope from automotive and motorsports to mainstream sports, Fox was required to reach new deals with providers for them to carry the network.
At first, Fox sought a higher carriage fee as well, estimated at 80¢ per subscriber (more than triple the fee of 23¢ per subscriber that Speed had commanded; by comparison, ESPN pulls in fees of approximately $5.00 per subscriber, the most expensive fee of any pay television network).[11][17]
Concerns by providers over the increasing costs for cable and satellite services for their customers (largely believed to be partly due to the higher fees commanded by certain sports channels) resulted in Fox backing off charging the 80¢ per subscriber rate, instead charging the same 23¢ rate that those providers paid to carry Speed.[18][19]

FS 1!!!! why am I not getting what I CONTRACTED WITH ATT TO GET?????????!!!!
NASCAR XFINITY RACING!!!!
If ATT can't make the deal then I'm switching providers. AGAIN. They are all greedy con artists. I pay thousands a year for TV, Internet and phone and ATT gets to decide what I watch!!!!!!
TIME TO DROP ATT!!!!

So are you telling me that AT&T would rather give a $50 refund to all customers like they did me for services lost instead of pay Fox 1 eighty cents. Really.

I am also upset with the xfinity deal and AT&T, I promise you if the Martinsville race gets bumped, I will switch ALL of my services ASAP. I don't care about the reasons that AT&T has for bumping my races that I want to watch, I want to see them the day they run, not hours or days later, so AT&T better listen up. I will "BUMP" you if this continues.

There will be no Xfinity series race at Martinsville; however, there is a Sprint Cup race that will be broadcast on your local Fox affiliate.
Please understand that the only NASACR races effected by this dispute are any Xfinity series races that are scheduled to be broadcast on Fox Sports 1.

I agree and am looking to change to Direct tv. I do understand but as jaxter62 said it is not my problem its ATT's. They need to settle tis soon before FS1 replaces any more stuff. I have home, cell, internet and tv with ATT aprox 270 a month. I know it a drop in the bucket but times 500k it could hurt. Just saying.
