I have an older Genie DVR and would like to know what it takes to upgrade to the Genie 2 so I can get 4k. I don't have or want an internet connection for the DVR now and wondered if this is a requirement, and would I need a new dish as well? I read that some features may not work with an older dish,

Brief Power Interruption; BOTH C61K clients keep saying "Invalid PIN" when I enter the correct PIN, trying to re-add them as clients
There was a brief power interruption at my house, which caused my receivers to reboot: The HR54 server, 2 C61K clients, and other older, legacy receivers. Why no demos available ?
I don’t understand why Directv satellite doesn’t have a demo video on how the service works. Dealers are now almost extinct makes buying into satellite tv difficult.
