Relocating A Genie Receiver

Hi, We have a Genie H54/500 in the master bedroom, a C51-500 mini in the kitchen and a C61K-700 mini in the sunroom according to the DirecTV settings info. The H54/500 is no longer hooked up to a TV and we would like to relocate it to the sunroom and return the C61K-700 to DirecTV as a monthly cost

Remote rc73 auto changing volume

I have the Genie rc73 and a Denon avr-x1800 receiver. When changing channels or pressing select/exit/info buttons the volume goes up or down on its own. We just got ,a new, larger tv for living room added to the same service as the existing tv in the recreation room. After setting up the larger tv, the guide, menu and settings displaying on the smaller tv are much larger and and unreadable and cannot (as yet) be reduced. Both are Insignia television

Over charged my account from January 2022 till October 2025

I called and cancelled my direct tv service in January 2022 and was told to take the equipment to the UPS store to return it. Direct tv customer service says it was received January 6, 2022.
