Pixelating on Local HD's in Orlando Area

I have the H20 receiver and we just go the local area channels in HD. I am experiencing pixelating on the local HD channels.I saw where instructions were given to someone with this problem to check the signal strength on Sat 103. I have signal strengths of 75, 81, 82, 82, 0, 0. Are the zero's the pr
