Hulu app isn't working right now on the Directv Gemini Stream box (Osprey) It's a known issue and they are working on updating the app/device. There is another thread discussing this. It works fine on the Gemini Air but not the box.

It is a known issue since last week and DIRECTV is working with Disney to fix this one. The fix is on the Hulu side and this is happening only on Osprey boxes.

Auto Extend Fail

I missed the very end of the Lakers versus Bulls game tonight. This Auto extend so-called feature fools you into thinking you're going to record the entire game. Why am I paying for such an expensive service when it fails? The only reason why I even got DirecTV stream is for these basketball games.

I got the entire game (2 hrs 39 minutes) from Spectrum Sports Net channel. Which specific channel was your recording recorded from? Auto extensions for basketball & baseball work for me all the time. NASCAR had in the past sone challenges but tha

Hulu app not working

I have a Hulu account. I have used it on DirecTV Streaming for several years. A few days ago it started giving me an error when I start any show. Hulu is loading but no shows will play. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, cleared the cache and data. Hulu tried to help me for an hour and they couldn’t

This is a Hulu issue specific to the AndroidTV OS that Osprey boxes are running. DIRECTV has acknowledged that and they're working with Disney to prioritize the fix on the Hulu side

I'm pretty sure an update to Hulu caused this issue. Hopefully they fix it soon.
