Uverse Bundle Discount Disappeared

On my September bill (and every earlier bill this entire year) I was receiving a bundle discount on my Uverse TV/Internet bill that is set to expire on 12/3/14.  However, on my October Bill, the bundle discount was removed.  The bill says "You removed this promotion on 10/14" but I never cancelled t

This has been happening to me over a yr. It's common and I am still wasting hrs on the phone with no fix. It seems to be the norm. They are being investigated for their cell part and I pray they will get caught with this bait & switch in the process!
