About me

I install DirecTV and At&t fixed wireless for the Abilene & San Angelo DMA... I am 35 going on 60... Lol I have been Doing Installations for TV/sound systems service for a little over 16 years now. I enjoy meeting and getting know my customers.. Well most of them!

MHZ Worldview and other internationals

Or local PBS station has MHZ Worldview on a subchannel, and we can watch it with our OTA antenna but can't record it. We could record it if we got an AM21 tuner (are these still available from DirecTV?  If so, how much? I can't find them listed.), or we could get it through DTV if we got the interna

I did log into my account but couldn't see anything about the AM21 tuner. If I do not want to sign up for any extra-cost international package, how much will DTV charge to install the international dish? Will I really be able to add those "free" inte

I just clicked the "Do I need special equipment?" ling on the DTV Web site. They say that special equipment is needed not only for MHZ but also for several channels I already get, e.g., Hope, JLTV, V-Me, Free Speech TV. Do they know what they are tal
