Apps & Cinema Plus do not work

I have a whole house DVR and one additional receiver.  Models HR24-100 and H25-500.  Something isn't correct with the installation.  The young tech here didn't have the answers.  They are all connected via coaxial.  Ethernet cable is connected from router to Cinema Connection device.  When I right c

I will wait patiently.  I use www.speedtest.net occasionally.  Typically I'm 10-11 down, 1 up.  Getting in a little further, under "feature apps", it now comes up with  "sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties.  Please try again later."    H
