About me

I am an online science teacher with a biology science education show at Virtual Science University. I depend on AT&T for communication. It becomes very frustrating when you need to watch a show on Directv at Discovery or other scientific channels and you continue to get a 771 error message and it is not due to loose cables or debris on the satellite dish. Then it becomes impossible to talk to someone directly. I call this business negligence!
