Cable left laying across driveway and yard.

Service tech replaced our Directv cable between dish and house. He just left it laying across driveway and grass yard.  How do i get someone out to bury the cable

I spent over an hour with customer “service” yesterday. The girl was nice and seemed to want to help but finally gave up and said she would have someone call me.  Of course i have not heard back.  I will try the number in your sig though.
