Be nice! Teaching elementary school is my day job, I spend a lot of time on 'personal responsibility' with the kids at school and I do the same with the "adults" here. If you blame someone else because you never read the details of your agreement then don't be surprised if you get a hard time about it here (not just from me). Free phones without some form of a commitment is highly unlikely! YOU should do 5 minutes of research before committing (Google is your friend!). If you have questions, please give us LOTS of details: if it's a phone question tell us what kind of phone or if it's a plan question, tell us about your plan (# of lines, type, cost, etc.). Check your plan NAME on your bill, for example: "Grandfathered Unlimited" is NOT the name of a plan, AT&T has at least FOUR grandfathered unlimited plans (7 if you count the tiers), so it's hard to give you a specific answer without specific details. "Mobile Share" is generally followed by Value/Advantage/Flex so we need the exact name IF you want an exact answer.
