I want to move the router but the white cable wire is too short, can I purchase another one and from where?

Yes, it is connected to the broadband on the gateway and it's white coaxed. The installer came from outside, went in my basement and fed that thin white cable to the broadband connector on the back of the gateway. It's like a phone jack..
