Electronic Bill and Paper Bill Conflict Each Other

I recently received my U-verse paper bill from AT&T stating my current balance. It displays that I owe $6.95 by December 19, 2012. A couple days later, I received a notice that my bill is now available to view online. The balance now shows I owe $24.06 by December 29, 2012. Which bill am I required

After looking at the account numbers I see that it's two completely different accounts. My old one, which has the $6.95 charge was my old AT&T DSL Direct account. This is the final bill for that account. I was under the impression that due to this
