Snowy picture, sound ok

Hi, we have 4 TVs, only one with problem, so satellite ok. I played DVD, TV ok. This TV has sound n image, but image snowy? I tried resetting by pressing the red button n pulling the card. No change. I tried pulling the power chord, no effect. I also tried reattaching the wires, no effect. Help!
