Hello everyone! My name is Misael, and the idea of belonging in a group of people that voluntarily help others with work related issues, while on your spare time, is exhilarating! I am addicted to finding not so easy to find answers for the average customer, and guiding them to make informed decisions. By nature, I am oriented to pinpoint defects, and find better ways for a system to operate more efficiently and effectively. I am a multi-platform (windows laptop, android tablet &; iPhone/Macbook) power user, but my heart belongs to  Apple. My two cents: Read the Terms & Conditions before accepting any deal.
