I was sent equipment that not only had I  previously cancelled it was not the equipment i was supposed to originally receive. There is no return label in the box. How can i get a return label so i don't have to pay shipping costs for AT&T error?

My DVR is recording hour long shows in 15 and 30 minute segments. For instance I recorded an hour long cooking show. It showed as 2 recordings. The second of the two was the first of the show. The first (the one at the top of the listing) was the 2nd half. I would appreciate any help!

I have 3 TVs. If each TV is watching a different channel how many shows can I dvr at the same time?
