Missing Outlander Episode on STARZ

For some reason we can't get Episode 7, "The Wedding", on our Premium On Demand STARZ. We have all other episodes and the Extras for "The Wedding", but we don't have the episode itself even listed.  I can watch it on STARZ On Demand on my computer connected through AT&T... but we can't see it on our

Missing season 2 eposide 7 or 207 from my ATT UVERSE Starz on demand.  Can't even install Starz on laptop without enrolling in free trial with a  credit card.  I would think I would be able to install since I already pay through ATT UVERSE.  Any sugg
