@Juniper NP. I do wish DTV would get with Asurion to fix this because right now there is no way for DTV customers to file a claim on their website. Before, the option was to click AT&T, but if you click that now it's only for their cell phone bus

I chatted with DTV but that person gave me a dead email that was immediately returned for Asurion. I can't believe it's this difficult to simply file a claim online.  This is ridiculous.

@shannon02 Asurion does not have an email support option and their chat option only says to call them. It's useless. Are there any actual DirecTV employees here who can provide an email address to Asurion support or help me file a claim?  I don

@shannon02 I know TPG apparently owns DirecTV now but TPG is not an option on the Asurion website. What else am I supposed to choose besides AT&T? @litzdog911 Unfortunately, I do not have any family or friends left to help me with anything.&n

OK I just went to the main Asurion website and logged in through their AT&T portal. They're trying to tell me that there is no protection plan on my account. I've had the Premier protection plan for close to 20 years. What is going on?&nbs
