Just signed up for DIRECTV and it won’t let me log in

I just signed up for DIRECTV about an hour ago and now it won’t let me log in. A care code comes up. I’ve tried to reset my password but it acts as if my email doesn’t even exist. I’ve tried everything. Please help! Agent has been called and they can’t access it either

That's good news. It's been just under an hour for me, so I'll keep trying. Servers must be updating slowly tonight or something.

Exact same thing happening to me tonight. Tried signing up for the service, got an email confirming the order, now it is acting like my account doesn't exit.
