ULTIMATE package Unlimited Hours of Cloud DVR DIRECTV Sports Pack No problem signing in on two different desktop PCs. I have now set the favorite channels 3 or 4 times on each PC, then I leave the guide and come back and no channels are marked as favorites. I can't find any save button, etc

I'm also experiencing this bug. All the favorites on two profiles were wiped today. Both profiles set favorites again and they were wiped again within half an hour if not immediately after navigating away from the guide.Direct stream Ultimate package

Wonder if this means they'll shut down or merge Sling into DirecTV stream or if they'll consider pushing Sling instead of Stream (given they now have DirecTV via internet one has to wonder if they wouldn't rather push that for people who want the tra

I signed up for the credit -first the $20 and then the $30 credit -- and am now being told that my account has no record of any such request. It is absolutely ridiculous. Is anyone else having this problem?

Mine is being applied to my October bill, sadly only a $20 credit (I went back after $30 was announced but it said I'd already applied).

Okay I figured out how to get it working. I want to say I tried this before so maybe it was fixed at some point.I logged into the Max account which had been split off, the one Max had asked me to set a password for which was not connected to DirecTV
