I take pride in hustling to put money in my bank account so my bills will clear. It is disheartening to think how loyal I have been in a pandemic and no job or unemployment. AT&T seems to NOT care about my loyalty.

Yes, I have been over charged 26 payments. I worked out of town a lot and very seldom get mail. When I recently opened the mail, I noticed AT&T had put a second line and was charging $43.71 for second line that have no usage at all. AT&T re
