Just an additional realistic perspective:

Being a "longtime customer" does not mean you get lower costs. The company is out to make money, so has to keep it profitiable.

Call and discuss what specials you 'might' have available, but be aware the only way to long term lower cost is to lower level of service. If you can't afford it, than reduce service or go without.
