I am trying to see my bill for Direct Tv 

(Edited per community guidelines) I was told if I opened a new account ( business ) my home bill would be paid and I would start over on a business account. New service. Is this correct? When I called to check my account I have two accounts with 0 balance. I don't believe that's right. Please help me and tell me what to do. Thanks
