Two accounts

Some time ago I answered a ad about saving on direct tv. You open a business account. I told him the channels I like. He sent me a list of. It was great and i wouldn't be paying 200 a month. Live on SS and that's tough. He also told me my regular bill on could would go away, I would start all over. It was for three TVs. I called and they said both accounts were 0 balance. I don't know what to do. Help please

I am trying to see my bill for Direct Tv 

(Edited per community guidelines) I was told if I opened a new account ( business ) my home bill would be paid and I would start over on a business account. New service. Is this correct? When I called to check my account I have two accounts with 0 balance. I don't believe that's right. Please help me and tell me what to do. Thanks

You get a business account only if you have a business (Federal Tax ID, business regulations, etc.).

Answering an ad most likely means you spoke to a 3rd party dealer (best case), or someone pretending to represent DirecTV (worst case).

You will need to call DirecTV's official number and look into this. Either a bad dealer committed account fraud or someone did an elaborate con to get your information.
