The power strip was bumped off for a few days and now the HD receiver will not boot up. I tried resetting it and still nothing. It goes through all the startup commands, but then it will start it over and over again. Any ideas of what I can try next? Let me know, Thanks

I have a HDDVR hr21-700. It continues to reboot during start up. The furthest it gets is to Setp 1 of 2: Checking satellite settings. Then it just reboots again.
