Charged for an unnecessary visit that was promised to not be charged

I agreed to a unnecessary visit that was not to be charged. Even the tech person who came to the house agreed that the issue was on the end between the local channel and DirecTV and not at our house.  It has been charged anyway.   Do not agree to having Directv come to your house

Uninstalled dish. Do i really need a tech visit to resume service?

I canceled my service a month ago. A couple days ago i removed my dish from the roof. Today DirecTV made me a good offer and I reinstated service.  Customer service person said i could get service back today.  I remounted the antenna,  pointed it correctly,  then called tech support as instructed.
