I don't want to call, chat, or have someone online to visit with

I just want to pay my damn bill.  I have been trying for two days.  This is getting really frustrating.  Not to mention by bill went up 50 dollars a month.  I find your company very annoying.

So login to your account and pay. 50 dollars increase is promotions expired

You can pay your bill without talking/chatting with a live agent. Log into your account online, pay with the voice system over the phone, do the old fashion mail-in option, or even setup auto pay.

As for $50 a month, time to start reading your bill. That is most likely discounts ending (they count down on the bill), and/or the 1st installment for the NFL Sunday Ticket as it is a yearly renewal (until you opt out) with first of six installments in July.

Same problem for me! I've been trying to login for over a week now and it just directs me to the AT&T site. I DON'T want to go there. I want to pay my bill online using the DirecTV website. Same thing happened to me last month and finally on the due date I clicked on something else that took me directly to my account. Wish I could remember exactly how I got there now. Well today's the due date and I'm still getting redirected to AT&T.  I totally agree - I find it very annoying and about ready to drop the service.

Going forward we manage our account including paying bill on the AT&T website. Bottom line is AT&T owns DirecTV and they have been integrating into their own website and new billing system. Doesn't matter how much you don't want to go there, that is they way it will be.

So if you are absolutely set on not going to their site, then pay over the phone or mail it in, or even set auto bill pay.
