Are you actually at that zip code location?  This can happen if the streaming device thinks you are outside the authorized area. 

A limited number of streaming customers in Nevada and Utah will continue to receive multiple MLB teams whose home territory includes those two states at the Choice level of service, yet the Arizona Diamondbacks will shift to Sports Pack in those areas.
