Help please, even tho I'm UVERSE!

Same as the previous customer, I, too, am told I'm Not Authorized to activate the Starz App. Starz is included in my UVERSE plan. We can't switch to Direct TV, so I have tried the activation steps choosing AT&T as my provider. On another forum, an ATT employee said a YEAR ago that this had been a problem since the DIRECT TV BUYOUT!! Surely someone has a fix by now and just hasn't fixed the process for some reason. (My opinion is that it's not working for UVERSE customers, since we don't get the same quality product as Direct TV (through absolutely no fault of our own).

I sure would like a reply and a solution!

Unfortunately, this is solely for DIRECTV STREAM and DIRECTV satellite customers.

KristianAdamson: I doubt you'll see this, but my problem was simply me using the wrong email address as my login! It took a call to AT&T and the luck of getting a very knowledgeable guy named Rusty to figure out my husband had changed it years ago for PART of our services. (I pay the bill with one login, fix Uverse issues with another.....not at all confusing, right?!?)

KristianAdamson....see above. Forums won't help you on this. Call AT&T and see if you can get someone who knows what they're doing. Ask about logins.
