Probably want this late in the season if they plan to or not. They don't even support ESPN3 so it's unlikely to be available.
For DirecTV Satellite, call 1-800-531-5000.
For DirecTV Stream, call 1-888-429-4023.

I'm leaving ATTNow due to not having ACC network and now my NFL channel is not apart of my package anymore. So long ATT thanks for being up front and honest!

I had Directv and started to have reception issues so they sent out a technician. He said a tree limb was blocking our satellite and that he would not move the dish because he didn’t do “band aid” fixes and the tree would keep growing. 2 minutes after he left a U-verse rep showed up at my door and sold me with a channel lineup that included CBS and NFL network. Didn’t have CBS for 2 months and now don’t have NFL network. Also don’t have The ACC network. Can someone explain to me how AT&T can successfully negotiate terms for these channels on Directv and not U-VERSE? Called and spoke to a U-verse rep and she basically blamed it on the NFL network and said I could go to TV Promise.com and voice my opinion. I’m going to UTube TV instead.

I have a question regarding dropping Uverse. I have an agreement with them that keeps the current price package until March of 2020. I still cannot get NBC in my local area. Also we have lost the Pursuit channel & I'm sure others I don't watch. If they lose all of the Disney channels can I drop the tv package without them trying to charge me an exit fee? It would seem to me that if they cannot provide me with the agreed upon product why should I have to pay to drop them.

ATT can do anything they want to the channel lineup as per these terms of service (8. INTERRUPTIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE). You are paying for a TV service, not specific individual channels
While AT&T employees do look at forum posts from time to time, we are here to represent the forum with our experiences as customers and do not represent AT&T in any official capacity with our responses and do so on our own time unpaid and off the clock. As employees we are not rewarded nor compensated to participate in these forums This forum is comprised of regular customers to communicate with other customers to offer advice and share experiences same as any other user Although there is a small team of customer care specialists that monitor the forums the sheer volume of posts are simply too many posts for these agents to respond to each one of them.

I don’t understand why ATT Uverse doesn’t carry the ACC Network. The ACC has the #1 football team in the country. The Conference has teams from Massachusetts, New York, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida .
What’s wrong with ATT? They’re making HULU look better everyday !

The contract between AT&T and Disney is currently up for renewal.
This is a "user to user" forum, so nobody here knows the current status of the negotiations other than what the internet says, but it's believed that ACC Network is part of the negotiations.

I have been using Hulu for past 3 weeks. It is so much better than u-verse. I still have AT&T internet service but switching to other provider when my contract is up. I also went through the mismanaged DSL sun setting process. I will never ever buy an AT&T product again.

I would assume they are going to just run the ACC on the direct tv platform, so if you really want it have to switch to the direct tv platform or look into a cheap cord cutter add on . People talk about the negotiations but I assume it is all about money as I don't think Disney has any say in how many platforms the ACC must be run on. Secondly, they are winding down u-verse, why would they add new channels to a service they will eventually not sell, it would be like windows 7 adding new features, sorry just don't see it. When they dropped nfl network and red zone, without no explanation or negotiations I thought something was up and there is. Finally , it seems quite clear that any new sports channel will be added to direct tv as direct tv has 5 times as many subscribers as uverse

@1nctarheel Uverse is officially dead; that's the simplest way to state it. There's a new streaming service being launched to replace uverse. As for the NFL Network, well, the NFL has had a long standing agreement with DirecTV to provide the "Sunday ticket experience." NFL was looking to expand the Sunday ticket, but At&t will claim that as far as costs, it couldn't reach an agreement to continue to offer the NFL network. It's unfortunate if At&t is still indicating to new customers that the NFL Network is still available. You'll have to get DirecTV or find a streaming service like Sling to supplement the service you get with uverse.

In the past year U-verse has lost the NFL network, the PAC-12 network and recently had a long dispute with CBS/Nexstar resulting in a blackout of many channels (including CW). Now unable to reach an agreement with ESPN for the ACC network. This is very disappointing, seriously considering dropping U-verse.
