Another wrong "Too many streams" message

I had this issue a while ago and it's back.

Currently recording ESPN News and ESPN. Watching NBC on one TV. Try to change the DVR TV from Fox Sports 1 to another channel and the message pops up.

Pardon me for sounding like the "tech support rep reading from a manual," but do you have more than two STBs (including the DVR box), and if you do, are you sure you don't have one of them turned on that you think is turned off?

What does the app say about how many streams you have when this happens?

I have three boxes. DVR and two wireless. I'm quite sure the other wireless was off.

Let me play Devil's Advocate here:

That by itself is four streams. Assuming the other STB was turned on, then I would have had issues when I turned the DVR *on* to watch live TV on FS1, correct?
