AT&T does not provide service on weekends why?
I switched from Comcast to AT&T due to all the connection issues. But today my at&t does not work TV or Internet. I use this service so that I can do my job from home but I cannot even get anyone to help me resolve this issue. I find it hard to believe that I have to wait until Monday morning at 8 a.m. to get any kind of help because it's a weekend. This type of service is not acceptable TV should be available 24 7 and the Internet should be available 24 7 if a customer does not get connection they should be sending someone out to resolve this issue. I pay $225 a month and was willing to pay additional money to have someone come and fix my problem but was told that they do not have enough service people to come out and check my television until Monday. I am sure if I was an att executive someone would be coming to fix my connection issues

So it's your internet AND TV not working properly? Is everthing down (no service at all) or is it some other issue?
This may sound crazy, but have you tried a whole house reboot yet? It's the easiest and quickest attempt at getting things going again.

Actually, AT&T does NOT do service calls of any kind on weekends. Perhaps it's just in my area (central Indiana) but I was told I have to wait a full month to get my high speed internet set up and it's on a Wednesday forcing me to use a vacation day from work because they don't do weekend work AT ALL.

That may be in your area, or maybe it's the type of service call. Recently I needed a service call to add a cat5 connection to a NVG599 gateway I got as a replacement to my old ethernet fed 2-Wire 3800. They came out on a Saturday.

Don't even get me started! I tried calling on Saturday, was placed in the que only to be DISCONNECTED at 5:00pm! They were done for the day, I WASN'T ..I was calling about my long awaited REFUND. i have been waiting since Dec 21st. Probably my 6th inquiry about it. But if I owed them $$??? Tried of their excuses. Your customer service NEEDS IMPROVING

It’s really pathetic that yall run a business that doesn’t provide service on the weekends one of the most idiotic things I have ever heard of how is the business still running it’s impossible to talk to a human and this lady (Edited per community guidelines) company wants to work 5 days a week just sad excuse really most people only have free time in the weekend no wonder this company is going to (Edited per community guidelines) one of the biggest mistakes was switching here I can’t wait to pay of my phone and LEAVEEE
