Big East Basketball
I'm a new customer in Milwaukee. I'm also a fan of Marquette Basketball and the Big East. I had planned on watching tonight's MU Big East Tournament game but what I got on FS1 was a darts match and a scroll stating U-verse is not carrying the Big East Tourney. I pay your company a lot of money and the decision not to carry the Big East is not sitting well. Why shouldn't I go back to a Time Warner?

If you want to go back, you can. FS1 is trying to extort extra $$ from ATT Uverse for Big East Sports, Infinity series races, US Golf tournaments. These were all added after they became FS1 and won't wait to renewal time to get the extra $$ from Uverse.
So, they are sending the FS1 feed w/Darts in these instances to Uverse. 😉

I really don't care about Fox's questionable move and the resulting disagreement. If Fox and/or AT&T gave me a pay per view option to watch the Big East Tourney from my couch, I would pay. Just name your price guys.
Thanks.

That's not going to happen, as FS1 doesn't want a pay per view option, they want it available for everyone, it's more money for them. 😉

Indeed. Imagine if you're trying to sell a bus trip to a bunch of people. You can charge $20 for the bus trip and get a lot of people. If 45 people sign up, but you need at least 70 people...what happens? You can raise the price to $30 and make the money, but then you'd have a few people drop out. The higher you raise the price, the fewer people you get, the more the price needs to be raised to offset the fewer people that would sign up. It's a neverending cycle.

I am also a fan of Marquette Basketball and the Big East. No doubt, basketball is a very fantastic game from years.
