The screen shots show the options for watching recorded show on I-pad of mobile device, I called customer sevice and I don't believe they know their products..?
Those are On Demand episodes since recorded programs are not available on remote devices.

Uverse Mobile provides the ability to "download or stream available shows from the mobile library and watch them on your iPhone at no additional charge." Not DVR recordings; "available shows" (aka On Demand).

You cannot actually watch the recordings from the DVR on your phone. You can watch shows that are available for download or streaming. If one of your recordings is available for download/streaming, I believe a "watch" button appears on the DVR recording list to take you to the place where you can watch it as a convenience. Otherwise, no way to watch it on your phone.

So the solutions stated above - that going to the uverse.com sight - is not correct. I've also heard on commercials (as recently as this weekend) that you can access and watch your recorded shows from your phone, tablet, etc. Is this false advertising or something that is coming?
@FinnMania - There is a way to watch your recordings on your phone or computer. It's name is slingbox. Get a slingbox (or other such device) connect the output of an STB to the input of the slingbox. Connect it to the RG for internet access. Set up the IR blaster to control the STB.
You will then be able to control & watch the STB as if you are in the room via a browsr or app available from slingbox.
I saw TV ads for watching att anywhere. I did not pay much attention. But, it appeared to me it was for DirectTV & started @ $200. You could google for it. Maybe it is on youtube.
But does this have to be on your home TV network? If I am out of town for the holidays - or if I go away for the winter, can I access my UVerse DVR on my laptop thru that link by signing in?
If you use a Slingbox (or another such device), you can watch your recordings anywhere. The box is slinging or throwing the contents of your DVR to another device (laptop or tablet) and location.
