If the message is just "No Signal", that is from the TV itself. It means it doesn't recognize anything from your (U-Verse TV I'm assuming) box.
Check to make sure you're on the right input, the box is turning on in the first place (or even getting power). If that doesn't fix it, provide more details about your equipment (model numbers, what've you tried, anything that happened before the issue started, etc.)
Your other post mentioned TV. This is the internet forum. Moving accordingly.
Also, your duplicate post was in wireless (as in Cell Phone). Suggest you read more carefully when posting so it doesn't cause confusion in the future.
