It would help if you could post the call letters or network affiliation.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

I think the original poster is looking for a Fox Regional Sports Network (RSN).
According to Titan TV, all of the RSNs except the local ones are missing for some reason.

It looks like the regional sports networks have all moved to 700/1700 numbers.
According to the Fox Sports Ohio website, it "should be" on channels 732 (SD) and 1732 (HD).
However, I can't find Fox Sports Ohio on my service (I live in northern California) - just SportsTime Ohio (the Cleveland Indians channel) on 1735.

I've had U-Verse since 2008. My regional channels were in the 700s. A couple of years ago, they moved to the 1700s when they went from the Sports Pack to the HD Premium Tier.
Does the OP have DirecTV? I believe the RSNs are in the 600s on that provider.
I can still see my non-regional channels in the 1700s. I don't subscribe to the HD Premium Tier, so all I see is a black screen, but the channel listing and show info comes up.

Cincinnati Ohio? I believe the OP is taking about DirecTV channel 661 marked as "FS Cincinnati (Alternate)" in the DirectTV channel lineup. So OP you have to ask DirecTV what the problem is since this forum is for ATT uverse tv.
Note, ATT uverse doesn't even serve Cincinnati Ohio.
