Chernobyl episodes 2 and 3 missing from uverse hbo on demand.
Uverse hbo on demand had all 5 episodes available a few days ago, but now only episodes 1, 4, and 5 show up on the menu. My son wants to see episode 2. Where is it?

All episodes of Chernobyl are available at HBOGo
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

I was directed to HBOGo, given a passcode to enter, and then got a request for a "one time fee of $40" to continue. I will NOT pay $40 to watch the HBO channel I already subscribe to!

HBOGo is free with your HBO subscription. Use your Uverse credentials to access content.
Click on Sign In. Uverse as your provider. I have AT&T internet so it logs me in automatically.
Don't mess with old people. The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

HBO representative,
My name is Debra C . My husband and I subscribe to HBO Premium channel through AT& T U-Verse. We beganwatching Chernobyl On Demand Sunday night (6/23) with episode 1. On Sunday, we saw all 5 episodes available at that time. Then last night, Monday (6/24)--episodes 2 & 3 were missing although episode 1 was still available to (re)watch. So episodes 1, 4, & 5 are available to watch On Demand. Episode 4 has a notation that it's available until July 21st. What happened to episodes 2 & 3? We also have a Roku with HBO Go so my husband, Chris Chappelle, attempted to access Chernobyl episode 2 that way. He was prompted to enter the passcode that appeared on our TV screen online but it wasn't 'accepted'. He called a tech support number that was probably Roku's and not HBOGo and was instructed to pay a "one time $39.99 fee"! That didn't sound right and we did NOT agree to pay an additional fee for a service we already subscribe to! Do we need to activate an account with HBO Go before we can watch it? How do we do that? I'm was told by an HBO representative through an 800 number that HBO On Demand and HBO Go are included with our HBO subscription. Is that correct?
I tried unsuccessfully to get answers by calling our Cable TV and Internet provider--AT& T U-Verse. I was told that since HBO and also HBO On Demand are working that I have problem with HBO and not U-Verse.
We have been subscribers to HBO for many years now but I'm very disappointed with the access. .

HBOGo is included with your HBO subscription. HBOGo should be accessible through your Roku. Try logging in on the HBOGo website.
