Hello @Leatherart,

We understand your concern with the CW being gone. Don't worry we can see what's going on here.

Could you please provide us with your city and state?

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

Hi

@Leatherart,

We share your frustration since the channel owner has removed your station and won’t return it until they receive a substantial fee increase. We continue to ask the station owner to allow you to watch while we work this matter out privately, but we need its permission to bring your station back. -Jolie

I am also from Hendersonville, Tn (odd), and I record only CW shows. If this isn't resolved I have no need of cable television. You already charge us a lot for the privilege of watching (the average person watches no more than 8 channels). Pay, reinstate, and forget it.

I am cancelling my cable on the 31st if I can't watch what I paid for when I signed up for your service.

It has been months now with no CW or Fox and now we might be losing ABC as well. If ABC goes this Friday, I will be canceling.

San Antonio, TX here and I don't have CW? I know they want more money but with how many people have to pay extra in order to receive this channel on your other formats, this is ridiculous. I can easily sign up for Hulu with live TV and have a better channel line up than you offer.

Figure yourself out and give your customers what they want or you're going to start loosing a lot more money than what you'll spend to keep channels.

I am with you on this.  They already charge an arm and a leg for their service.  I have 100 channels i have no interest in.  Why not let US pick the 20 or 30 channels we want to watch.  Hope they cough up the money soon or I may get an antenna and watch stuff for free

I just had AT&T TV installed and I was told I would get the CW Channel. Now I cannot find it. I am still within my 14 day buyers remorse period and I want to know if I have this channel hidden some where or if they lied to me. My zip code is 32225

RPK -- This forum is for U-Verse, which installs of have been discontinued. I would suggest trying your post in the relevant forum. If you "had AT&T installed" you're not being accurate, as that equipment is mailed for a self-install.

But to be honest, I would fully research anything before diving in. When I had U-Verse installed in 2008, I knew what to expect before the installation appointment was made.

Your assertion that I'm was not being accurate is incorrect. I picked up my ATT-TV equipment at the AT&T store. The tech who installed my internet installed the TV equipment on all four of my TVs. While at the ATT store setting up the appointments and picking up the equipment, I asked every question I could think of, including was the CW included in my package! Just to clarify!

@RPK You might want to post in the ATT TV forum.

skeeterintexas, Since learning this forum is mostly about another ATT product, I have switched over to the ATT-Tv forum. However, there are other comments on this forum about ATT-TV. My response to baseballisback was necessary since baseballisback's voiced his/her incorrect assumption that the information I provided was inaccurate.

This forum us for U-Verse which is a TV service similar to standard/traditional cable TV. U-Verse has been around since at least 2008.

ATT TV is a TV service which works via the internet. All equipment is mailed.

If people are referring to U-Verse, they're in the right place. If they're referring to ATT TV, there's another place.

Okay. I am very annoyed! The sound stinks and CW cannot he found and we were told all local channels were available. Our local CW carries news at 9 pm, and due to our hours, my husband and I have to be in bed before ten. We used to have UVerse, and now having tremendous buyers remorse because if the lack of transparency. We have been ATT customers for well over a decade. Sooooo disappointed!

I agree I have at least two local channels that carry early news (and extensions of major networks) that are gone off AT&T TV.  Sooooo no CW (mainly crappy teen shows but also home of the iHeart Radio concerts) no PBS, no NFL Network or Redzone... and the best part is the ridiculous issue with forced HDR on the box which makes a decent 4K TV look like absolute garbage-- and no fix in sight because AT&T refused to admit it exists.   Also *still* no slow motion on the remote control for sports!

Oh yeah...akmost forgot...no great Justice Network channel now called True Crime Network either--just the lame Justice *Central* which is not nearly the same thing.

Spectrum (cable) may have its own issues that's for sure picture quality being number one but at least it offers all the channels in your area!

Going to be an interesting 14 days to see whether I keep this or not.

This forum is for U-Verse. As I previously explained, new installs ceased a few months ago.

When I switched to U-Verse in 2008, I did my research. I knew what I'd be getting. When someone moves across the country, they know what school district they're moving into, what the 911 services are like, etc. If someone doesn't do that when changing TV services, that's not the fault of the TV provider.

If you were mailed a box with a remote you have AT&T TV.

If you were mailed nothing, you have AT&T TV now.

I would suggest posting in the relevant forum. As this thread is old, it will be closed now. It's ok to start a new thread.
