DirecTV cancelling Newsmax

My aged mother has an AT&T Home Phone account that I manage for her.  This is to notify you that I will advise her to terminate your service unless AT&T reverses the cancellation of Newsmax on Direct TV in the very near term.  Neither of us will utilize any AT&T service in the future unless appropriate steps are taken.  I will recommend the same to all my contacts and relations, and will contact our Senators and Representatives to address this reprehensible and transparently illegal censorship and impose severe consequences on both AT&T and Direct TV.

I want to express my displeasure with your decision to deplatform Newsmax TV. It was a terrible decision, and as a result, my husband and I cancelled our cell phone coverage with you after several years. In addition, when asking your representative for my AT&T account #, she asked why I was leaving and I told her. Then when trying to get my phone changed over to a new provider, I found out that she automatically locked my device which I was not able to recover. This really added insult to injury. 

As a result of this action, you have some very unhappy past customers who are spreading the word about your treatment of (Edited per community guidelines) views and past customers. 

No organization should silence a voice, (Edited per community guidelines) or (Edited per community guidelines). AT&T needs to reinstate NewsMax now. If this is not reversed, I plan to change to VZ and sell my AT&T stock. This is not acceptable in America.

I've been an AT&T  wireless customer since the beginning of cell phones. I have 8 lines on my account but will definitely cancel my service as soon as phones are paid off. It's a shame AT&T has sunk this low. Now I find out that our tax dollars are paying for lucrative government contracts being awarded to your company. 

I can't believe a corporation like AT&T  doesn't believe in Freedom of Speech.  Bed Bath & Beyond is going out of business.  

They removed My Pillow from their retail stores.  AT&T do you really want to go out of business?

Do the right thing and bring back Newsman, what are you afraid of?

Why have you removed Newsmax?

It is a disgrace cancelling Newsmax. Do NOT tell me it is a cost saving measure. You have many news networks only producing The leftist views. You are a start of Communist activity. Do not call me a Conspiracy Theorist!🤬 I am an American outraged and everyone should be! Do not order Direct TV or AT&T!  

We have been ATT customers over 20 years, including internet, mobile, and UVerse. First they drop the NFL channel, then One America News, and now Newsmax. My bill keeps going up while some of my favorite channels are dropped. It's beyond ridiculous. It's bad enough that I have to be exposed to the left wing Yahoo news when I log into my email, but the channel dropping is unacceptable! Time to change!!!

PUT NEWSMAX BACK!  This is the SECOND (Edited per community guidelines) channel AT&T DirecTV deplatformed in the past year alone.

DirecTV claimed each time it was done for “cost-cutting.” Meanwhile they are keeping 22 (Edited per community guidelines) news channels on air – and almost all have lower ratings than NEWSMAX. DirecTV told NEWSMAX that they will not even pay us ONE PENNY ever.

Even though every other major cable news channel gets cable fees – NEWSMAX WILL NEVER GET A FEE, says DirecTV.

And those 22 (Edited per community guidelines) channels all get fees too – every one of them! And almost all of them have lower ratings than NEWSMAX.

And remember, they’re asking for a tiny fee of about $1 per year per subscriber. CNN gets $14 from DirecTV from every subscriber.

This is pure discrimination against NEWSMAX.  Now there is growing demand for Hearings in Congress. I cannot stay with such a biased company - our account will transfer to Spectrum if ATT cannot resolve this issue and restore Newsmax. 

Bring it back ASAP!!! Lost One America News and the NFL Channel also, while prices are climbing.  

You've dropped the NFL , One America News, and now Newsmax. Bring it back or I will go elsewhere after being loyal to you for over 20 years! 

I know, I’m just a customer of 25 years… I will cancel if you don’t get politics out of your services. I will cancel my subscriptions. Not that my business matters to you. 

Looking for a new cell provider since this service is politically motivated. I don't have direct tv or watch newsmax but will not support a (Edited per community guidelines) company.  Does anyone have a suggestion for a company to switch to fast?

We have had AT&T phones over 10 years but canceling newsmax is a violation of yr policy’s and will result in us moving our phone service to anther provider with no payment fees for early termination. AT&T think twice before you do this action of termination of Newsmax (Edited per community guidelines) news.
