Fire TV and Fox news

I have the ATT Uverse app installed on my fire tv and have it hardwired to my network, it is 1 of 3 fire tv's. When I use the app I cant watch any Fox news programs such as News and Business. When I use the fire tv in wireless mode Fox news channels work flawlessly, BUT when I have it hardwired to the network I get a streaming error about retrieving streaming rights and it does not play. I am sure there is an easy fix for this I just have not found it yet. Any help would be helpful. Thanks. Yes I do have the fox news in my programming package from ATT.
