FOX NEWS STATION IS THE ONLY CHANNEL THAT KEEPS FREEZING UP. CHANGE CHANNEL AND COME BACK TO FOX NEWS AND IT WORKS FINE FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND THEN IT FREEZES UP AGAIN. THIS HAPPENS ALL DAY LONG.

Please don't type in all-caps. It's the equivalent of shouting.
With that said, unplug all equipment.
Plug your gateway and WAP back in.
Wait for normal operations.
Plug your DVR back in.
Wait for normal operations.
Plug each receiver back in.
Wait for normal operations.

"When in doubt, restart" as the saying goes.
If that doesn't fix it, it's probably an issue elsewhere. If it doesn't go away after a day or two, call 800-288-2020.
When you replug, make sure everything is in tight.
Also important: Is the problem on all TVs or just one?
If it's just one TV, it could also be a problem with the receiver. They do go bad on occasion. A swap is handled via UPS or FedEx at no additional cost to the customer. All you need to do is take the old box back to the UPS or FedEx store when you get the new one.
If it's the DVR, you'll lose saved shows, but not the schedule of shows to be recorded.

That's a good idea from Otto...but if it were the feed, I'd think it'd be on every TV and there'd be more complaints like there was when the guide was off by an hour or such.
