Hallmark movie channels - movement is choppy

I have U-verse and movies on the Hallmark channels are choppy. Some will be that way through the entire movie and then others will start out ok but become choppy. Anyone else having this same issue?  Only appears to happen with these 2 channels.

Hallmark is trying to fit their movies in a time slot with extra commercials, so they cut out “excess” frames, making the movie choppy.

I have same issue.  No other channels have the choppy and voices are out of sync.  Any update to this?

Same problem with both choppiness of movies and sound lagging or out of sync...  Choppiness seems to be answered in previous response.  I corrected my sound lag problems on my Samsung smart TV.  I we to Settings>Sound>Expert Settings>Digital Output Audio Delay. It was set to 100.  I changed it to zero and voice is now synced.  Hope this helps.
