Hallmark movie mystery channel

I have been a long time customer with ATT . I was very disappointed to find that you did not have the Hallmark channel . So when you guys made the announcement that you would be airing it the excitement grew in me like a little kid! But to my disappointe we did not get the HMM channel! Why?? Because you want us to upgrade to a higher package! We get the Lifetime channel and the Lifetime movie channel. So why in the world would you split the Hallmark Channels up ? I'm very disappointed in the fact that you would make us upgrade our package just to get a channel that should be made available to the customer already . Could you please explain to me why this was done this way? When we are all watching our money and some of us consider cable a privilege to have. It makes me upset that a company would do this. Your not thinking of the customer!

At least with the NHL Network, it has never been as bad as with the Hallmark channels. The numbers have not been there in comparison. The fact that, at least in the past, there have been more NHL hockey on the NBC Sports Network than the NHL Network has helped.

How many actual games does NHL Network show? I know they have at least one of the "Hockey Night In Canada" Saturday games, but I'd imagine every game on NHL Network can be seen on NHL Center Ice?

Well my wife for one is happy, happy, happy that the channels are back and I suspect that we will stay on U300 for a while.

She has recorded probably 15 movies (on both channels) in the past month and our DVR got down to 3% space left.  At some point we lost some older Air Disasters, Brooklyn Nine-nine and Goldberg episodes. ;(

Brooklyn Nine-nine? Terrible show, but to each their own.

Fox Sunday Night hasn't been the same since they got rid of Cleveland Show. I wish they put X-Files Sundays at 9, but that won't happen.

Oh I love Nine-nine @baseballisback.  It's a modern day Barney Miller!

@Donnamiles  - Originally HMM was on U200 but it was moved to U300 sometime in 2010.  So HMM is in exactly the same package as it was when it went off of U-Verse in 2010.

Yes, U-Family is a specialty, "Family-Oriented" tier.  Hallmark Movies and Mysteries is considered "Family Oriented."  There's a whole lot of stuff in U-200 that is not in U-Family due to it's not being considered "Family Oriented".  Don't try to think of U-Family as another name for U-150; it doesn't work like that.

How many people have upgraded from U-Family to U-200 and been mad because they lose channels? -- Too many to count.
