Useful tool? That's an understatement if ever I heard one.
The guide/favorites is more than just a "tool". It's a necessity because all dvr recording scheduling is controlled by it. It's only a "tool" if you never record anything.

What on Earth would they need personal/account information for to look at a guide program time issue?
