Ion Mystery now on U-Verse!
As of 4/14/2026, I now have Ion Mystery on channel 74. The exact channel number may vary in different markets.
It's basically the same concept as Ion with marathons of shows.

What's interesting is that I also get some of those other channels, including regular Ion on channel 51. Bounce is a notable one, considering it's at 153 and 1153.
The other notable one is my Fox affiliate which was at 28 for a long time until it recently moved to 6.3 . On-air, it still is referred to as Fox 28. On U-Verse, it's still channel 28/1028. I don't get the "new 28" at all.

Anything below 100 is either paid or somehow local. Some of the ones in the 100's range seem to be national feeds of some channels that are only available where there is a local affiliate.
Sinclair owns the broadcast equipment for the physical channel 28. Virtual Channel 6.3 is physical channel 28.3. To make things even more confusing, Virtual Channel 28.x is actually on physical channel 27. Both physical facilities are owned by Sinclair, so they're just playing shell games.

Our CW (WWHO) is also a Sinclair channel because it's majority-owned by someone on the Sinclair board or some such. One of them (CW or Fox) is.
It gets real interesting because our NBC is Nexstar and our CBS is Tegna. I saw a Nexstar logo once following a local newscast on the CBS channel.
