Let's see what happens when "the retirement channel" comes up for renewal. I see Comcast has the channel, so obviously, U-Verse is a big'time player.

Channel 175 is still around and playing, however, guide information has never appeared. Seems a bit odd.
I'm away from home but 175's Guide info is showing on the U-Verse Android app, i.e 2:00 PM-2:30 The Victory Garden, etc....

OK, I did call about the guide info on 175 not being available. Did another reboot etc. Still not available. I was told that the channel is not broadcasting guide information, therefore no one is receiving info. Is anyone getting the channel 175 guide info on their home TV hookup?

I would recommend that you send a private message to the escalation team at AT&T Customer Care, and someone will get in touch with you.

Fixed. It took a couple of calls to att. One lost connection who never called back. Several rebootings without success. Finally was sent to a "higher level" department who was to call back but never did. However, a day later the guide info appeared. It also seems that my two smart tvs lost their connection to the internet during the process. Fixed that myself.

I'm in the Sacramento area and it is still not showing. I have done the standard dance of reboot, unplug...
It is not important enough for me spend time on the phone with att, I'll live with it.
