Looking for ATT Uverse but its not available in our community ..?

I'm assuming that you went to the check availability tool at  http://www.att.com/u-verse/availability/index.jsp .  Did you click on the Research My Address link?

Do any of your nearby neighbors have U-verse?

Have you seen AT&T construction crews laying fiber or constructing cabinets in your area?

Uverse is already in that zip code, have to assume they are not expanding it to your area of the zip code. 😉

I did the research but i haven't find my address on that.

I din't see any At&t on my neighbours either.

Ours is newly constructed appartments.

Is there any help can i get from you in setting up the U-verse at the above address.

But its not there in our location may be its there for the zip code 28262.

@suren1212   According to Google Maps (Earth (satellite/aerial view), this is an apartment complex.  Sometimes complex managers have a contract for a single provider.  Check with the building management or send a private message to the escalation team at AT&T Customer Care, and someone will get in touch with you to further research your address.

I think you're missing a unit number, because (as a previous reply states) this appears to be an apartment complex.  You should not, however, post the complete address on a public forum like this.  AT&T will not disclose future plans about addresses they may serve in the future.  However, you could request to be notified when your address is ready for service.  Or, if your neighbors in adjacent apartment buildings have it, you could get an address validation case to see why your building doesn't have it.
