Why should I have to lose the channels that I'm paying for service we need to get this worked out so that we can go back to watching and just some of the program that we were watching

I do not know the answer.  The only thing I can tell you is to get an over the air antenna or subscribe to Hulu which carries the shows from all the networks a day after it airs.  Also there is CBS all access and the have all the CBS shows from soaps and game shows to prime shows and in some markets they show the live stream of CBS local station which is not connected with any cable provider.  Here in Atlanta they stream the local CBS station.  You have to solve the problem yourself complaining on a public blog is not going to get the station back.

I have an order for uverse to be installed in three days.  I have the u300 bundle all-included, which is supposed to have HD standard.  I went to the internet's att.com/uverse, TV, Channel lineup, and it indeed shows my local CBS (zip 60714 near Chicago) HD channels included at no extra cost.  There are many comments here in the uverse user forum saying they don't get CBS.  I used the Chat option here and they say CBS is NOT included.  So internet's ATT pages show CBS is included, but internet forum says "no."  Can anyone explain/verify/confirm this??

I am not going to continue to wait for ATT to come to an agreement with WBTV * CBS.  If WBTV and CBS are not back on my April 1 I will be moving

my service back to TIME WARNER CABLE.,  I WILL ALSO BE ENCOURAGING ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO DO THE SAME..  If ATT doesn't care about how many customers it looses  maybe they should reconsider their business of offering TV service is something they should get out of.  If you CANT KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY then go back to telephone service only.  I refuse to keep paying $260.00 each month and not able to watch CBS.

WAKE UP ATT BEFORE YOU FIND OUT JUST HOW MANY CUSTOMERS THIS LITTLE PROBLEM IS GOING TO COST YOU.

I believe sometime today, Sunday, the CBS channel was restored. It seems I checked last night and it wasn't available but a few hours ago I looked and was pleasantly surprised. However, that being said, I wish a more detail explanation of what transpired to reach the agreement (whatever that is) for the customers that have been without their local/national CBS station for over a week. Plus, I wonder how much of an increase, if any, will occur on any bills?

I know, I am being pessimistic, but sometimes I do get pleasantly surprised when increases do not happen. Mainly I am just happy that CBS has been restored - I have so missed my local news station. It isn't the same watching other local networks or looking on line.

Check your TV's. My CBS & ABC just came back for this KY-NC game. Thank goodness & hope it stays.

So ATT and Raycom have reached an agreement and we now have our local stations available again on Uverse.  I believe this was due to all the comments and complaints from ATT customers  - THANK YOU for speaking out.  I did get a notice from Raycom.  Would like to see something from ATT that addresses how they will compensate customers for their inconvenience!

Don't mess with old people.  The older we get, the less "Life in Prison" is a deterrent.

Pardon me for being pedantic today, but I think you meant Face the NationMeet the Press is on NBC.

Call the exec. offices of AT&T & demand a reduction of your bill.  Don't call the toll free number as you'll get a third world country like the Phillipines, Mexico or India.

Oh there was a warning but because I guess we thought it would be worked out by now we ignored.  Last night it seemed like I had channel 9 but when I went to review programs that I had DVR I could not watch them.  I am really really mad at missing Rosewood and Empire.

I know in the big picture it is not much but I want what I am paying for ...200 channels...not 199

R we talking credit on my bill?
