Online TV Listings Incorrect for my Zipcode

I have run into a problem with the online TV listings.  Those shown for zipcode 32080 incorrectly show an Atlanta, GA set of channels instead of the correct set in the Jacksonville, FL area.  This has caused problems with a recent channel loss problem, when the tech support personnel (in India, perhaps?) could not find the lost channel listed on their website.  I finally got that problem corrected, but no one involved wanted to address the channel listing problem.  Check zipcode 32084 for the correct listing that should be shown for 32080.

I'll look into this and update you after I verified the line up vs zip code.

I checked as of 7:30 PM this evening (1/28/15), and it still returns an
Atlanta line-up for zip 32080 instead of the St. Augustine/Jacksonville
line-up.

Maybe try a reboot of the AT&T Gateway and if that doesn't help try rebooting one of the receivers and test.  It may need to download the new line up/guide.

It appears that you misunderstand the problem, BeeBeeSA. The listings on
the "set top" box are fine. The problem is with the listings that are on "
att.com". Go there and log into a uverse account. Select "myAT&T",
"Digital TV", and then "Channel Line Up" under "My TV Service". Near the
top left your zip code will be shown with a link next to it that says
"change" Change it to "32080" and you will get the line up I am speaking
of.
I am sorry, but I though my thread of questions would lead you here without
a step-by-step instruction. My bad.

Think @Fox Mulder was thinking you were talking about Uverse online:

I completly understood your post. When I enter that zip code, I get a listing showing WJTX which is News 4 Jax | Jacksonville News. Are you seeing the same? If not, what local stations are you seeing?

That is the sales web site that shows the avaliable line up. That is copmpletly different issue than U-Verse online.

Thanks, I'll get it updated.
