Phone services main menu: "a service error occurred" message. I want to access phone numbers of calls received but only get message...

using V-tech phone land line...I have ATT uverse, phone, internet...

I'm assuming this message is coming from your phone. Correct?  If you're talking about a message from the phone company what are you dialing to get the message?   On the phone you can review the caller ID log, which will let you know who's called. You can go into your Myatt account and access the phone features to get a call log also.

I know zero about the features and how to use them on U-verse TV.  I'll move this to the TV forum.
