I'll be curious as to their response. 

The cable providers are getting 40% of the costs with the rest going to the promoters/fighters/HBO/Showtime so maybe they'll credit you with $40.

I disagree, If ATT didn't profit from this, they would not put it on PPV.  They get a good chunk of change for this fight.  PPV is to make money for ATT.

Edit:  After your unmarked edit, I think he should get the full $100 back as it was not his fault power went out.  Or $40 and $10 off the Uverse bill for 6 months.

My ONLY experience with PPV was 15 years ago and my daughter talked me into ordering a Backstreet Boys concert.  I had a houseful of girls and all I got was a blank screen.

I don't remember getting any kind of a refund AND I had a bunch of upset teenage girls to deal with!
